My husband and I (along with our dog, Freckles) we’re moving from NY to Fl. We were each driving our own cars which were packed to capacity with our belongings, when my engine blew on the interstate. I pulled off in Perryville, MD. Once the worst was confirmed with the mechanics, we asked for a reputable car dealership. They sent us to Adams Chevrolet, which is when Tim Hoskins and the team at Adams entered the picture. Thank God. These kind, honest, supportive men truly guided us through a very upsetting and unpredicted experience and we ended up feeling like we actually got LUCKY!! We bought a 2020 Chevy Equinox and could not feel better about the purchase or the process. Tim was incredibly supportive and he bent over backwards to do and find anything that could help us. They even let Freckles come inside because there was a thunderstorm and he was scared. I cannot say enough words of gratitude to express how appreciative we are for the team at Adams Chevrolet and Tim Hoskins, specifically.
Zach was very nice and polite. I do feel as if they weren’t as thorough as they should have been with looking over my vehicle, even when I specified that I was having to pump air into my tire every couple days. They called me and told me that it was fine and there wasn’t anything wrong with it. However, I knew that wasn’t the case. He had them take a second look at it, and then they discovered the leak. So, apart from that, service was excellent and wouldCome back.

We own a leasing company in Oklahoma had a client with a 2500HD diesel go down on job In Belcamp, every other dealer said it would be the next week before it could even be looked at. Called here, got Service advisor Kenny, he said it was a busy week but would do his best to get it in. Not only did he get the truck worked in but had us fixed up and ready to go in 2 days!!! He was on top of his communication too, called me at every turn, never had to call him to find out what was going on. I deal with numerous service departments crossing all makes and models and he was by far one of the best and easiest to work with service advisors I ever had the pleasure to work with. Absolutely great service.
Today I went to Adam’s service department to have a “Change Transmission Fluid” warning notice reset. I went to several transmission centers, and to a few dealerships, asking if they could reset the warning notice. I was told we can’t do it. I was told to schedule a appointment and be charged anywhere between $60-129.00. I stopped by Adams. The service manager asked to see the car and check the notice for himself. My car was a 2009 Saturn. He took the car into the service bay. To make a long story short they fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. On the house. I can’t thank them enough. This small act of kindness is a welcomed event. I would trust this service department with my regular maintenance and any major repairs.
Looking for car that's reasonable
Dealership called back the same day as request was made and gave us an appointment to see car. Salesman was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Car was ready for us to test drive, clean and as advertised. We were driving a rental and we able to turn it over and drive away in our new car. Great experience and would recommend them to friends.
